BIRTHDAY/ZODIAC SIGN: Not listed, but going by the game's (Japanese) release date? October 28, making him a Scorpio. Which... scans.
GENDER/SEX/SEXUALITY: Male, and predominately straight.
IMAGE REFERENCE: I can use fan art, right? Here's my usual reference. If we want strictly official art, here's a good one. It's worth mentioning that the different artists on the project all seem to draw him slightly differently. He was (as far as I can tell) primarily designed by Nobuteru Yuki, who did the character designs for Escaflowne and the original SNES Seiken Densetsu 3/Trials of Mana.
And as bonuses, here's The DAHAK Mk. II, along with a size reference. Yes, it's the Mk. I, but it's about the same size.
AUDIO REFERENCE: Red is voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara, who brought you such voices as Simon from Gurren Lagann, Jin Kisaragi from Blazblue, and Prompto Argentum from Final Fantasy XIV. Here's some dialog from one of the radio dramas.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: The Caninu-- the dog-people of Red's world-- are mostly visually modeled on domestic dog breeds. Early on in development, Red more closely resembled a Shiba Inu, but later took on a less rounded face shape. Additionally, some of the English-localized materials list him as a mutt. With that in mind he's more likely than not a Spitz mix of some kind, possibly with some Rough Collie somewhere in his pedigree. (But that's a long story.)

Rakka isn't quite as opera-like when he sings but the impression I hope to give is a surprisingly big range and powerful set of lungs that come from such a tiny little guy.
High/Middling when relaxed with an eastern European/Russian sounding accent when speaking Common with rolling r's, palette clicks, hisses, and guttural grumbles. It swings between muttering to purring and soothing and lyrical, reflecting his innate singing capabilities. Since common is his secondary language he may have verbal tics/speak a little brokenly if he's particularly flustered or upset.
