The blue kobold does look over towards Rakka after he finishes, noticing the bard is at a loss for words. For a moment, at least. Something he's holding back, maybe? Especially with the common ground of them betraying their clans. Maybe Rakka needs the moment to reflect briefly; Cecil thinks he'd do the same in his place: thinking back on his own misfortune, seeing if any of it can be converted into wisdom for another.
