"They're not good at getting out on their own, so it's pretty easy to keep and transport them." He gets to work, himself, spying another by themselves.

He padded up, slow and careful... and then moved half a step back as it lunged at him, scooping it into the basket in the same motion. "Oh, good, I was wondering if that would work."

It was strange work, but not too dissimilar from how he'd had to corral some of the less intelligent creatures back home. Even when calmed and unaggressive, they could still be nuisances, especially regarding his garden.
